Forster Facilities
Community Hall
This is a hall which can accommodate larger gatherings of functions, with its space able to fit up to 60 people seated at tables. The hall is airconditioned
Meeting Room
A light, air conditioned room that can be used either as an informal discussion area, or set up with tables for a more formal structured layout. Depending on the layout approximately 15 people would be a comfortable fit.
Kitchen Facility
The kitchen is a space which allows for most catering requirements to be fulfilled. ALthough it is connected directly to the community hall, it can be closed off from this space and therefore used in conjunction with anyone hiring either the small meeting room or the worship space.
Worship Space
This is the church / worship area of the Forster building. With single moveable chairs, it is a space which can be utilized for many varied puposes and has electronic media calapbilities. Its capacity is approximatley 160 people. As it is our worship space, there is an expectation that events held here would respect the revence in which this space is held.
Our church has two suites of buildings, one in Forster and the other in Tuncurry. Both buildings contain distinct rooms whcih can be hired separately or in combination with other rooms. Whilst such events must fit within the broad confines of what our church stands for in a Christian sense, a wide range of groups and events take advantage of our halls, meeting rooms and kitchens. Presently we have groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous, CODA, Narcotics Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous, Tai Chi and exercise classes, fashion parades, learner driver education courses, staff training days, as well as early childhood / parenting groups.

Each of the rooms are airconditioned and connected to a central suite of male / female and disabled toilets.
Fees
There are various rates for the hiring of the churches facilities. The rate applicable will be discussed when we know what your requirements are.
Requirements for each hiring
There are legal and insurance requirements which we as the provider of such premises need to abide by and seek from any user of our facilities.
Each hirer needs to complete and sign our User Agreement as well as provide evidence of current Public Liability insurance made out in the name of the group hiring the facility.
